occasional paper series Pacific Rim Report containing the content
of Institute public talks or specially commissioned papers are printed in
the distinctive red color of the Institute's logo. Prior to this, Institute-related
issues of Pacific Rim Report were not differentiated from those
with other Center content. The later issues are accessible here as pdf files
(marked with an *), while the earlier ones are available in html format on
