Due to University policy, the Graphics Center only accepts material from USF organizations including clubs, departments and faculty. The Graphics Center accepts 65 flyers per USF organization per event. 50 will be given to the Office of Residence Life, and the remaining 15 will be distributed to the Graphics Center boards around campus, given current space and availability. Material must be dropped off by 5pm the day prior to being posted (i.e. flyers must be dropped of by 5pm Tuesday in order to be posted on Wednesday). Posting occurs on the evenings of Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of each week. Material will remain posted for two weeks, or until the date of the event has passed. If your event occurs over an extended period of time, such that it extends beyond this two-week period, please contact us. Posting for USF departments and organizations is free.
The Graphics Center is responsible for regulating all posting boards to ensure the promotion of ASUSF recognized clubs and organizations. Therefore, all posted materials must be approved of and distributed by the Graphics Center.
A 3 strikes policy is enforced for illegal posting:
Strike 1 – Warning
Strike 2 – One month suspension of GC design & posting services
Strike 3 – One year suspension of GC design & posting services
