Fill out an order form

Forms are available at the Graphics Center UC 418, or available for download via PDF to the left. All orders should be as complete as possible upon submission, including all dates, times, locations for the event, as well as some concept for design. "Creative Freedom" does not suffice as a concept.

Finalize design

Once your design is completed you will be emailed a PDF of your design, with a CD burned as per request. Your designer will also ask you to sign a Final Proof Contract indicating the completion of your project. Once this is signed, we cannot allow any more changes to the design, so look over everything carefully!

two

Meet with GC staff

Come in to UC 418 to have your order form approved. Remember, all text and images for the design are required at the time the order is placed.

five

You print

Take your final design to a printer and have copies made. The Graphics Center does not provide printing services, but we can provide you with a list of preferred USF vendors.

six

Review proof

The Graphics Center require 8 (eight!) working days to produce the first proof. If changes are necessary, we allow up to two more edits before the design is considered final.

three

We post

Bring your copies back to the Graphics Center. We post material from all USF organizations and departments. We post on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, no exceptions! For more information, refer to our posting policy.
