Employee and Labor Relations

The OGC is also responsible for grievance and contract related matters.   Our office is in charge of negotiations and implementation of policies/procedures associated with collective bargaining, contract implementation, conflict resolution, administration, disciplinary and arbitration matters for represented faculty and staff at USF.
