What's New:

 

In February, Professor Travis presented her paper, "Lashing Back at the ADA Backlash: How the Americans With Disabilities Act Benefits Americans Without Disabilities," at the Employment Law Colloquium at Northwestrn University School of Law in Chicago. In October 2008, she served as a commentator at the Seton Hall Annual Employment & Labor Law Scholars' Forum. In November 2008, she spoke at Yale Law School's symposium commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Her article, "The PDA's Causation Effect: Observations of an Unreasonable Woman," will be published in the forthcoming symposium issue of the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism.
